The Fountain City Elementary PTO is a collaborative group of parents, teachers, and school staff who work together to support the school community. They organize events, fundraisers, and activities to enhance students' educational experiences and foster communication between parents and school staff.

The Fountain City Elementary PTO Executive Board Members for 2025-26 are:

PTO meetings take place in the Library on the 2nd Monday of each month at 6:00 PM.
